I had moisture buildup in my attic from a leaky bathroom ventilation fan. Tanner and Luccas did a great job of fixing the leak. They also sealed all the gaps in the ceiling, blew more insulation into the attic and cleaned up when they were done. Work was well done and it really made a difference in the warmth of the house

Travis came out to look at our bathroom dormer that experienced an interior leak over this winter. The dormer was built and insulated by a different company 5 years old. It was unclear if the leak was from condensation, or an exterior ice dam, so it was a complicated project. Travis took a lot of time reviewing all of the documentation we had of the past work…. videos, photos, energy reports, infrared camera documentation. He was very thorough and professional, and you can tell really cares about doing the job right. It is rare to find a company that really listens and takes time with the customer. Brian’s insulation is also HIGHLY recommended by a local insulation supply firm, as they know their work has few call backs because they do such a good job to make it right the first time. Highly recommend. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all, cares to do excellent work! I will be calling them with any future insulation needs.

I’m building a home and Travis stopped by one day to see if I had an insulation contractor. I had a few quotes already but was curious what he would offer. Right away, I felt confident that Travis would do a great job. He came out and met with my framer once and with me another time to ensure we were set up to have a well-insulated home. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

From the first phone call to the final touches, Brian’s insulation was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, cost friendly, and had excellent attention to detail. And, cleaned the place up beautifully before they left. We had them do our attic insulation 2 weeks ago, and are so glad we had them do it instead of doing it ourselves. Sure, a lot of guys told me, it’s attic insulation, just do it yourself. Well, after Brian’s finished, and I told these same guys the extra issues they fixed, and that they did an air pressure test, getting our pressure down to 300 from over 3,000, my buddies were like, wait, what? That’s awesome! And, for a very fair price! We will make our cost back in no time! We would highly recommend Brian’s insulation!

We did a remodel of our kitchen they were great to work with. Showed up on time and the big thing they returned phone calls quickly. They also helped with getting rebates. 2nd time I used them when we installed our garage ceiling. The insulation settled and they came back and put more insulation in.

Excellent job! I was very impressed with Andy and his helper. They were very professional. They reworked the job the previous company had done and did the insulation work as it should have been done in the first place. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them.

Had Brian’s out to insulate a she shed we purchased to use as a temporary office. They recommended we spray foam the ceiling and walls and beat the other 3 estimates we had to have it done. Tanner and Luccas from Brian’s Insulation came today to spray insulation in a crawl space underneath my den. Before the insulating they had to clean out the old pink insulation that mice had used for nesting over the years. The height of the space made it difficult to work in and the dead mice, and droppings gross! Tanner and Luccas just got to work, no complaining or cutting corners. After the insulating was done, they carefully cleaned up, helped set up a fan and went on to the next job! I’m thankful someone recommended Brian’s Insulation to me and after using them, I can highly recommend them to others!

Brian’s Insulation did a great job insulating our new shed/detached garage. The spray foam insulation looks great and we can definitely tell that it helps with keeping the heat inside the building and it makes it look so much more finished. I have used Brian’s insulation twice now and am extremely happy with their work and will continue to use them in the future. The first time I used them to spray foam the rim joists all around in my 1930’s basement and it was the best money saving decision I have ever made. We were losing so much heat to that awkward area to insulate in the basement, but not any more! Also it really helped to keep out all the beetles in the summer! The second time I used them was for an office space in my garage, if it were not for their superb spray foam I would not have had the space to put an office in. With this last cold front of -30f with wind-chill, my office space floor heater still only kicks on about once an hour for a few minutes. I used Brian’s to insulate our new shop and couldn’t be happier. They sprayed a closed cell foam under my heated floor in lieu of the traditional extruded polystyrene. This procedure was new to me, but it provided a slightly higher R-value and a better continuous envelope for the thickened edge slab. They also sprayed the walls and blew the attic. Our house was built in 1947 and we had a big problem with ice dams every year. So a few years ago, I started getting estimates from insulation companies. It never felt right so I continued to delay it. We had the new insulation installed this week and the house is definitely warmer. Great company to work with. They coordinated with my roofing company to remove plywood from the roof during replacement, remove old insulation and replace with foam insulation. This winter my heating bills are down 20% AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is the first winter in 20+ years we have not gotten ice dams or water in the house. For 20 years we have tried to find a solution to our problems and were told by multiple other companies it was a design flaw with the pitch. Brian’s Insulation proved everyone else wrong. Highly recommend.

We just had Zach and Travis out to spray foam insulate. First of all, Zach and Travis were great people, friendly, personable and knew what they were doing. I had taped up some pex line for in floor heating and was dreading the thought of taking it all off, but didn’t want insulation on them, I had also covered windows etc. When these guys were done not only was the foam job perfect they removed all the plastic I had up, they even removed the tape from the pex lines. So, studs were clean, all and they left the job super clean. We are so happy with every aspect of their work. And last but not least, price was good. If you need this type of work done, call these guys.

Absolutely top notch performance from Brian’s insulation! Travis and Tom came out and went beyond our expectations in thoroughly analyzing all of our insulation needs. This was after having serious ice dam damage in our house. Had insulation installed about 5 years ago but a poor job of properly installing insulation by a different vendor and we paid the price in not having it done properly. Very competitive price but more important Brian’s will analyze all components needed for proper insulation. BONUS: Travis and Tom were first class people to work with!
